Alison Director of Capra Architects and Blue Sky Design Services, has over 20+ years lead architectural design experience across the blue light, residential, commercial, health and education sectors and more recently within the specialist ballistics and tactical training facilities arena.
Alison manages the co-ordination of the design team and engages specialists as necessary to deliver any project against agreed milestones.
Alison pro-actively leads client and end user engagement, identifying key project drivers and ensuring that our team works towards them at all times. Alison’s lead role ensures that M&E, FF&E and ICT are integrated during the design phase, in order that managed moves and post occupancy training support can be planned as the project develops.
Alison was awarded Women in Construction Architect of the Year in 2013.
Chris has over 22+ years Lead Architectural Technologist experience across the blue light, residential, commercial, health and education sectors.
Chris has supported the technical drawing and consultation phase for specialist training facilities and fully understands all technical requirements for College of Policing or Ministry of Defence sign off.
Chris has also supported a number of blue light projects for police, fire and rescue and ambulance trust clients.
Richard has been part of the Capra architects team since September 2016.
Richard has acted as a consultant across multiple new build and refurbishment specialist training and blue light projects. Experience includes the £39m Griffin Park training facility for Civil Nuclear Constabulary.
Anna has over 18 + years’ experience working on public and private sector development opportunities in the blue light, education, and health sectors.
Anna works closely with her fellow Directors and the project team to support all company activities, marketing, and new business development opportunities.
